FitMomJay was born out of a simple mission, to help mothers regain their strength, confidence, and energy through realistic workouts, healthy meals, and mindset shifts. We believe fitness isn’t just about looking good, it’s about feeling powerful for yourself and your family.


My Story: From Tired Mom to FitMomJay
After becoming a mom, I lost myself. My energy was gone, my clothes didn’t fit, and I felt trapped in a body that didn’t feel like mine. Between caring for my baby and keeping up with life, I barely had time to breathe, let alone work out or eat right.
One morning, I said enough. I started doing ten-minute workouts in my living room, no gym and no pressure. I swapped soda for water, snacks for fruits, and stayed consistent. Every drop of sweat felt like reclaiming a piece of me.
Months later, my body and mindset transformed. I became stronger, more confident, and proud of who I was becoming. That’s why I started FitMomJay—to remind other moms it’s okay to start small, to stumble, and to rise again.
